Your honest and candid opinions about the environment at RPI and how it affects your ability to do you work and thrive, professionally and personally, are important. You will find a personal link to complete the survey in your email from President Schmidt. Nearly 50% of employees completed this survey in 2024 and so far, we have approximately 22% completed.
