A new centralized ticketing system is now available for submitting requests to the Office of the Provost. This system is intended to improve request tracking, communication, and response times.

Effective immediately, all requests should be submitted through the Provost Zendesk portal: https://rpi-provost.zendesk.com

Available Request Types:

• ETF Requests (Separations, Promotions, Sabbaticals)
• FTR Requests
• GAP Requests 
• Faculty Hiring Plans
• Faculty Work Loading
• Startup Requests
• Vollmer Fries Lecture Series Requests

This system replaces all activity previously handled through the Business Box folders. All other Administrative Personnel processes remain unchanged.
